We offer project management services for injection moulded parts, in particular for small quantities. You benefit from the expertise for this process within our company group and our cooperation partners.
For dependable short runs and prototypes, we can manufacture your products using vacuum moulding. A great advantage we can offer is producing the initial moulds in-house using our 3D printing processes.
The thermoforming process is particularly economical for small and medium quantities. We deliver the input material or the finished part, with mechanical finishing where applicable.
For folded parts such as covers, we can produce finished parts for you with the right raw material for the application, from rolls or sheets.
For punched parts such as seals or insulation, we produce finished parts for you with the right raw material for your application, from rolls or sheets.
We rely on modern communication for consulting and design planning of finished parts. Incoming design drawings as Auto CAD documents (*.dxf, *.dwg), STEP documents (*.step, *.stp), IGES documents (*.iges, *.igs) or Parasolid documents (*.x_b; *.x_t) are imported directly into our CAD system (Solid Edge) or CAM system (Gibbs Cam).
