Tensile modulus compared

The automotive industry has strict requirements for thermoplastic materials. In addition to a high impact resistance, plastics must not warp or deform, even under load. By enriching the basic plastic with glass or carbon fibre, we improve the strength and rigidity. The diagram below shows a selection of our plastics with a high tensile modulus, and are therefore very hard.
